Orders & Shipping
During busy periods, such as when we release new products or around holiday seasons, we allow 7-10 business days to process, design, print, package, and ready an order for shipment.
Typically, we dispatch your package within 5-7 business days.
After your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders.
The delivery time for your order varies based on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. For more specifics, visit our shipping page. If your shipping option includes tracking, you can follow your package’s journey using the link in your shipping confirmation email. In case your tracked order shows no updates for 4 weeks, or if your untracked order hasn’t arrived in 6 weeks, we offer a replacement or a refund (excluding shipping costs). Please be aware that additional delays may occur due to carrier issues or transit conditions.
Should you suspect your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us at hello@gameprints.co.uk, and we’ll assist you.
Send us an email to hello@gameprints.co.uk with the order confirmation number as soon as you can.
As long as the order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund.
Send us an email to hello@gameprints.co.uk and include the order number and the new address to expedite the process. Please note we’re not able to make any changes to your address after your order has shipped.
Should there be any issues with your order upon arrival, just send us an email at hello@gameprints.co.uk, and we’ll take care of it. In your email, remember to provide the original order number and specify which item(s) are missing or damaged.
Contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect item. For a quicker resolution, include your order number, found in your order confirmation email or on the packing slip, in your email. Describe the item(s) you were supposed to receive and, if possible, attach pictures of the item(s) you received. We will arrange for the correct item to be reshipped to you, eliminating the need for you to place a new order.
Payments
Our accepted payment methods include all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. Please note that we are unable to process transactions using money orders, purchase orders, phone orders, or cash.
If you’re placing an order from outside the UK, be aware that additional taxes and handling fees may apply for importing goods. We must accurately complete customs forms for all shipments, so we cannot send merchandise labeled as a gift. Incorrectly filled customs forms can lead to the return of the shipment to us or a ban on shipping to that country.
Products
As of now, we do not provide printable versions of our posters.
We spent a lot of time designing and testing our products but we found that the details of the infographics don’t come through well enough on A4 size so we decided to focus on A3 instead.
